What is the Speed of Pork?

Earlier this month, during a period of Epic Boredom in the office I decided to ask the "Official Pigs" (that's Rovio Social Media!) about an upcoming atmospheric research project.

Can Hog Yeager break the Lard Barrier?

We know that on Earth, Chuck Yeager in the Bell X-1 rocket plane first exceeded the Speed of Sound in 1954, and that a whole lot of awesome supersonic aircraft developments followed soon after.Could breaking the Lard Barrier create such a quantum leap in the Piggy Island Air Force's technology level, or will we go utterly off topic and roll on the floor laughing as we drop pigs from high altitude to measure if the fatness of the pig affects its terminal velocity?Because we are not what people call "real scientists" we enlisted the help of the Pork Propulsion Laboratory, a department of which specializes in Bacon Dynamics (it's just like aerodynamics, only tastier!).As the video below shows, the experiment took an ironic turn when the enormous King Pig demonstrated his special ability to aerobrake using his Incredible Bulk. Watch to see what happens!

Bacon Dynamics is a parody series of aerodynamic experiments created by Pigineering. Like our Facepork page and say oink on Twitpig!
